This page explains what Poly stores about you, why, and who else handles it.
What we store
- Your wallet address, which is how your account is identified. We do not ask for your name.
- Your balance, stakes, positions, and settled winnings, so we can settle markets and pay you.
- Deposit records: the transaction hash, amount, and block number of each USDG deposit. These are already public on Robinhood Chain.
- Card records, once issuing is available: the card's status, last four digits, and load amount. We never store a full card number.
- Your email address, only if you join the waitlist.
What we don't collect
We don't use advertising trackers or sell your data. We never see or store your wallet's private keys.
Who else handles it
- Vercel hosts the site.
- Neon hosts our database.
- Polymarket supplies market odds and results. We send it no personal data.
- Robinhood Chain records your deposits publicly, as any blockchain does.
- A card issuer will receive your account reference and load amount when you issue a card.
How long we keep it
We keep account and ledger records for as long as they are needed to settle markets, handle disputes, and meet legal record-keeping duties. Sign-in sessions expire after 30 days.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your waitlist email or account data by contacting @PolyFinancee on X. Records of completed transactions may need to be kept even after an account is closed.
