Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Poly, a service that lets you stake USDG on the outcome of real-world questions and spend settled winnings on a card. By connecting a wallet you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and legally able to use a service like this where you live. Prediction and wagering rules differ by country and state. You are responsible for checking that your use is lawful.

Your wallet and account

You sign in by signing a message with your own wallet. Signing costs nothing and sends no transaction. We never hold your private keys, and we cannot recover a wallet you lose access to.

Deposits

Deposits are USDG sent from your connected wallet on Robinhood Chain. A deposit is credited after three confirmations, and only transfers from the wallet you signed in with are credited. Amounts smaller than one cent are not credited.

Stakes and quotes

Prices come from live Polymarket odds with a 2.5% house spread added. A quote is valid for 15 seconds. When you stake, we check the live price again and reject the stake if it has moved more than 3%. Once placed, a stake cannot be cancelled, and its payout is fixed at the moment you place it.

Limits apply: 1 USDG minimum per stake, 250 USDG per market, and 1,000 USDG across all open positions. A market can also stop accepting stakes on one side once its total payout limit is reached.

Resolution and payouts

A market settles only when Polymarket reports a final result. If you win, your stake returns to your balance and the profit is added to your settled winnings. If you lose, the stake is not returned. If a market is voided or resolves unclearly, your stake is refunded in full.

The card

A card can be issued once your settled winnings reach 25 USDG. Issuing uses your whole settled winnings balance, and a 15 USDG issuing fee is taken from it. Deposits cannot fund a card. Card issuing is not yet available, and cards may be subject to the issuer's own terms.

Changes and availability

We may change these terms, the limits above, or the service itself. We may pause markets or suspend accounts to protect the service or comply with the law.
